Namco X Capcom 1.0 for Windows

Namco X Capcom is a beat 'em up where you can choose between various characters from different Namco and Capcom franchises to fight against dozens of enemies from games by the same companies.

You can control charismatic characters like Ryu, Jin Kazama, Mitsurugi, Taki, and Haggar. Each comes with their own weapons and array of special moves, including up to seven unique attacks. You also have a button to cover and defend yourself from the attacks of the dozens of enemies that fill each level.

Enemies include your run-of-the-mill skeletons, but also Akuma himself, who won't hesitate to launch hadokens at you. The game's levels are full of detail and have lots of background animations.

Namco X Capcom is a fun action game with excellent pixelated graphics. The only downside is that the game has practically no story behind it. You just choose a character and hit the streets to take down any enemy who dares get in your way.
